How to reset the password of my Ziteboard account?

Before you can change your password, you need to make sure you actually have a registered account that you can change the password of. Register a Ziteboard account by visiting https://app.ziteboard.com, opening the menu from the top left corner, and simply click on any of the Social Login Options, or enter your email address, pick a password and click Signup. If you chose the email + password option, look for our confirmation email in your inbox and spam folder if necessary. Confirm your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email we sent you and log in.

As our system handles different logins as different accounts, if you signed up and logged in with your email address and a password, and the next time you log in with the same email address but with -let’s say- the Google login button, you’ll find yourself in a new account. In case you also log in with the Facebook button, you’ll already have 3 different Ziteboard accounts.

This also means that you can only reset a password for accounts that used the email address + password login method. Should you need to change or reset your password:

1. log out from your account,
2. when you would be logging in, click the Reset password option, then
3. look for the reset email in your inbox and spam folder if necessary
4. change your password

Should you run into any problems, please send us an email including the email address you use with Ziteboard. If you are a paid user, please make sure you send us the email address you use with Ziteboard and also the email address you paid with via Paypal if different.
