COPY TEXT.
We don't use the right-click menu. The menu you can see is the browser's built-in menu.
You can reactive a text for editing in two ways. Long click on the text and click EDIT. Or long click on the text and press any key, e. g. space.
There is a super useful hotkey for select all: ctrl + a. It is not a ziteboard hotkey, it is system hotkey, like ctrl + c for copy.
So here is my suggestion:
1) long press on the text
2) space
3) ctrl + a
4) ctrl + c
MY BOARDS.
If you invite someone to join the board, he can see all of the content of the given board (of course) but he can't see your other boards, not at all. You can change the type of the current board. Open the board and click the SHARE button in My boards. You can find there an option with three values: public, private and anonymous.
If you have already invited someone and you don't want any more that he can access your board, then switch the board type to private and delete his email address from the access list under the SHARE button panel. This action won't kick him off, but next time he won't access the board.
A user requested a new feature and we start discussing the whole whiteboard project.

¨peer-to-peer ... only supported between two team members¨
Yet this the superior solution and is what we liked because it gave us very low lag time and high resolution. So it is a
selling point with superior performance over a multiple Hangout.
Our presenter´s computer can be linked to a computer displaying on a big screen with good resolution and small lag time.
2) SOLVED
"Is there or can there be an audible alert to signal a call?"
OK is see clicking on the icon of connected party already sends an audio beep. Perfect.
3) WORKAROUND -- SOLVED
"How can the user of the camera see his own image?"
I can open a tab to google hangout, click video call,
x out of inviting, and there is my webcam image.
This does not appear to interfere with Ziteboard and the peer-to-peer connection. I do not like what
I see is not changeable from the mirror image. But that is a minor point.
4) STILL A PROBLEM FOR US
"Choosing from multiple cameras" -- and sound sources.
This is likely a feature of the peer-to-peer software.
Are there resources for configurations they provide?
I am still trying to solve this from my settings but am running out of ideas (frown). What we want to see are the options given by google hangout settings when you click the gear wheel and see selection drop-down
boxes for Video and Microphone.

Quickly copy text to the clipboard.
We want students or collaborators to copy text from an example on Ziteboard and paste code into their terminal or in their notebook. Now when I right-click a block
of text I see ¨Save image as, Copy image, Block element,
Inspect¨ I want to see ¨Copy text to clip board¨.
Or perhaps in addition to seeing the box [EDIT] to see a box [SELECT ALL]. Having to select by dragging a large box of text is difficult.
6) NEW
When I invite someone they can see all of ¨My Boards¨.
I do not understand the private function. Can I change a board back and forth between private and public?
Perhaps what I want is an option to ¨Make all Boards¨
hidden and then select the set of boards to make visible. Thank you for helping me to understand this.
1) Thank you for working on a hotkey to erase all markers (objects with opacity). I think this will be an appreciated feature since one can point with arrows and highlight while talking. An additional use is for marking up proofreading. Zoom way in and use the thin red marker tool to write in corrections. Then when the changes are made the proof marks and be removed all at once.
There is no hurry. It is best to implement this well.
2) As you suggested, I played with some font changes. See my attached ziteboard.
3) A more important issue is our videoconferencing.
Wow! By increasing the screen to 1000 we love the transparent video image over the board.
Best of all the resolution it much better than
Google Hangout and others. The resolution is
important to us since we use the VZ-X document camera:

It can Zoom to show all or parts of a page or physical object we are working on.
Is the good resolution that we got dependable?
How can the user of the camera see his own image?

We tested with two but can you select which camera to view with several connected?
if we get the video conferencing optimized.
We have many interests including online music teaching
and other features but we have much to work with
for now.

- able to adjust the delay time of long press for selecting

We require a one-time customization fee for such development.
We can undertake your request with the following conditions:
- instead of double click, we introduce a new hotkey action: 'remove all markers'. So please check how HOTKEYS works in the Settings of the Menu. This means the feature won't work on touch screen (e.g. iPad) without a physical keyboard.
- when you hit the hotkey, all the markers (objects with opacity) will be removed
- since we release on weekends, we release this feature this weekend
- you can order it for one-time 9 USD
- (optional) you can test the feature on our test server before you make the payment. But since it is a well-defined task, I am not sure it is necessary.

Note: non-Pro users can't use the marker tool since it is a Pro tool.

Ziteboard is a virtual, online web whiteboard for mutli-user collaboration.
Feature Request:
Erase function that can upon double click choose to erase all highlighter marks for the entire board.
Feature Use:
When lecturing I or another user will highlight areas being discussed.
When moving on to making a new point all highlight areas will be erased.
Reasons: The pointer can be missed and not well seen. It is not persistent. Highlighting is better to call attention.
Consideration: Some users may want
to use the highlight to keep on their
work as locked in so they must be
careful to not erase what they need
to keep.
